Ingredients
Mixed Salad Greens Mixed Herbs
Dressing
Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Honey Onions
Raisins or sultanas Sea salt and pepper Walnuts Fetta
Method
In a medium sauce pan (non aluminum) add all ingredients except for the feta and ½ cup of the olive oil. Bring to a boil and cook over medium high heat for about 20 minutes until the mixture is reduced by at least half.
NOTE: Be careful not to burn and add a little more water if needed during this process. You are looking for the liquid to evaporate leaving a thick syrupy consistency.
