CHESS provides outreach services to rough sleepers in 5 districts within Essex – Chelmsford City, Maldon, Braintree, Rochford and Epping. They have 2 rooms available at the Night Shelter for emergency cases, and may be able to provide temporary accommodation (72 hours), a hot shower and meal etc, after an initial assessment.
