Ingredients
1/2 cup bean sprouts 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup long beans, steamed, cut into 1” pieces
2 heads leaf lettuce 2 large carrots, julienne
1 cucumber peeled, sliced 10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup tempeh, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp soy sauce, and pinch of sauce 4 tbsp coconut oil
peanut sauce and sambal recipe can be found in our salads and sauces pages
Preparation
Place the strips of tempeh in a bowl with the soy sauce
Set aside and let marinade
Make the peanut sauce and raw sambal ( see recipe here )
Fry the marinated tempeh in coconut oil until golden brown and set aside
Separate vegetables into four single serving bowls
Cover with peanut sauce
Garnish with the fried Tempeh
Serve with raw sambal on the side
