Chefs Biography - Chef Paul Watters
Chef Paul Watters grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Looking back, he is amazed to say that he has been involved in the culinary industry for nearly 30 years. Cooking has always been his biggest passion, and having discovered it at the age of 16, he never considered any other professional path for himself.
Chef Paul has been incredibly fortunate to work in some of the most desirable places, such as the Savoy in London, and to travel the world through food. It has been a true gift for him to gather so much irreplaceable knowledge and precious experience over the years. His career as a chef has allowed him to explore new and exciting cultures and meet a host of fantastic individuals.
