Chefs Biography - Chef Tom Aikens
Modern natural cuisine aficionado chef Tom AIkens is the youngest British chef to earn two Michelin stars, doing so as head chef and co-proprietor of Pied a Terre at age 26. After graduating from the Norwich City College Hotel School, Aikens worked at Michelin Star restaurants in England and France. He opened Tom Aikens Restaurant in 2003 and quickly earned a Michelin star and rising two star status, among other accolades. He opened his second restaurant , a brasserie named Toms Kitchen in 2006. Aikens is a noted cookbook author and activist for charitable and conservation organizations
