Chefs Biography - Chef Stefano De Pieri
Mildura's iconic award winning chef, Stefano is well know for his two chefs hat restaurant, cookbooks, and his role as a featured guest on Televisions Master Chef 'The Professionals'. Added to the Stefano name is a cafe, and select range of preserves, wine and premium beers. A supporter of local community Stefano is renowned for using the very best of seasonal fare for his dishes. He likes to cook with produce from local producers from the Murray Region in his cooking and is a staunch advocate and promoter of his beloved Mildura and its surrounding district.
