Ingredients Serving Size : Variable
2 kg of goat shoulder ( can use leg if preferred )
500 grams of potatoes chopped into cubes
2 white onions 1 teaspoon of good quality Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt and ground pepper to taste 2 sprigs of thyme 2 bay leaves
1/3 cup of good quality tasty beer I cup of Beans ( chopped to pref )
2 chopped carrots 1 clove of garlic
Place all your vegetables in slow cooker .
Coat the goat meat with the mustard and season with salt and pepper and place meat on veges
Add the Thyme and the Bay leaves and pour in the beer.
Cover and cook for 8 hours
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes , quinoa or sweet potatoes
