Born in Cairns Australia with a multi cultural upbringing along with a passion to experiment with food at a young age each played a part in the development of Shaun Hergatt's culinary skills. He has apprenticed at some of the finest restaurantsrnin Australia and overseas thus enabling him to further develop his unique skills
,Before opening his own acclaimed restaurant SHO in New York, Shaun worked at a myriad of internationally acclaimed hotels, including the Ritz Carlton in Australia and the USA
,He is well known for his passion for Asian accentuated french cuisine and has the unique ability to combine ingredients from multiple cuisines using the finest and freshest ingredients available.
