Chefs Biography - Chef Matt Moran
From farm boy to celebrity chef, Matt was raised on a dairy farm before leaving school at 15 to pursue his career as a chef. A household name from his appearances on TV shows including Master chef, The Chopping Block and My Restaurant Rules, Matt is head chef and co owner of Sydney's famous Aria Restaurants. Aria has been awarded two chefs hats on multiple occasions and is where Matt experiments with his interest in Classical French cooking.
