American born to Cantonese parents and a resident of the South of France, Ken is regarded as the worlds leading authority in Chinese cookery. His interest started at the age of 11 and his passion continued to develop throughout his time at university where he offered cookery classes to help pay for his fees. Ken has prepared dishes for royalty, countless celebrities and has launched his own cookware range on the back of his extensive culinary skills
