Chefs Biography - Chef Kate Mc Aloon
Kate attended cooking school in France at the Moulin De Mougins Restaurant on the French Riviera , worked in their kitchen and has been a personal chef to the stars including Miranda Kerr, Gwyneth Paltrow and Meg Ryan. She is trained in Vegetarian, Vegan and "Special Diets" and uses Organic foods when ever possible,. Kate enjoys finding the freshest ingredients at Farmers Markets and uses "Super Foods" and Medicinal Herbs in her dishes in order to create healthy food that nourishes your body and soul.
