EcoFry offers a closed-loop oil management system tailored to the unique needs of each venue.

Fresh Oil Supply

EcoFry delivers premium-quality EcoFry ELITE canola oil – grown by Australian farmers in the Riverina region of NSW. Seeds are crushed, refined, and packed within 72 hours of harvest to preserve freshness and purity.

EcoFry ELITE is formulated for superior fry performance, offering:

  • Longer fry life – lasting up to 20% longer than standard oils
  • Neutral flavour that enhances rather than competes with ingredients

Used Oil Collection

Once the oil has done its job in the kitchen, EcoFry’s collection service takes care of the rest. Free of charge for eligible venues (Ts & Cs apply).
