Chefs Biography - Chef Colin Fassnidge
Two hatted Irish chef and ‘Australian My Kitchen Rules guest judge, Colin Fassnidge discovered his passion for cooking at a very early age. He began his career as a chef at London's Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in 1994 under acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc. Following his passion for travel, Colin arrived in Australia in the year 2000 and has since worked at some of the countries most noble restaurants including Four In Hand Dining Room and 4Fourteen.
Adding to his accomplishment as Chef and judge, Colin authored the well know cookbook Four Kitchens where he shares his unique cooking flare and ‘whole animal dishes bringing his unique sense of taste and flavour to each and every recipe.
