Chefs Biography - Chef Scott Pickett
Colorful Australian Chef Scott Pickett, discovered the passion for cooking at a very young age. When he was just 18, he was termed as ‘one to watch' by Judge Bruno Cerdan of Salon Culinaire. He represented Australia at Bocuse D'or, the most prestigious cookery competition and came out with flying colours. He has a positive "go getting" attitude and fun loving character and puts passion in all that he does. In 2014, he was nominated the 2014 Chef of the year and has since kindled the taste buds of many connoisseurs of food in Australia and around the world. He opened his first restaurant venture, Estelle, in 2011 and since then there has been no looking back. His book ‘A Cook Story ‘, part autobiography and part cookbook, can be found in many Australian kitchens.
