Arahura is supporting people with Mental Health difficulties in Central Auckland for over 35 years. Their aim is to improve the quality of life for people experiencing mental health challenges through community based support. They provide residential rehabilitation in four well-appointed four bedroom houses in the Mt. Roskill area of Auckland. The Trust are committed to using researched models of Recovery, the Strengths Model, Wellness Recovery Action Plans and the facilitation of social inclusion for Arahura service users.
