And trust me, I’ve been deep down that rabbit hole, I’ve studied endlessly over the years in nutrition and performance science.

The conclusion? It’s all bullshit.

Modern nutrition has failed us, Look at where we are today!

• More people are sicker than ever. Chronic illnesses, obesity, depression, and cancer are skyrocketing.
• We’re not even eating real food anymore. Most of what’s on supermarket shelves today didn’t exist 30 years ago. What we’re eating now isn’t food it’s heavily processed, chemically engineered garbage.
• And the solution we’re sold? More fads. Add a trendy diet or a miracle supplement onto a broken foundation, and then wonder why nothing changes.
