Chefs Biography - Chef Glenn Austin
A familiar name in culinary circles, Glenn has featured on seven television shows and is noted for being the first Australian to be voted to the World Board Of Chefs. Founder and principal of Xtreme Chef Consulting he started in Australia in 1998, Glen has extensive experience in food manufacturing, hotel culinary operations, restaurant management and operations. The holder of numerous titles and Culinary awards Glenn is the World Board of Chefs Continental Director for the Pacific Rim and an international judge. He, along with his Wife Cassandra , also a renowned chef are heavily involved in the Cap Chefs Project, aiming to bring to rural schools a variety of engaging learning opportunities with a focus on the benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle.
