Award winning chef, restauranteur, author, co host of the cooking show " The Cook and the Chef" Maggie's culinary adventure began with the establishment of Pheasant farm in South Australia's Barossa Valley. The Pheasant farm restaurant soon followed and marked the beginning of a career that spans farming, export ,food production and food writing.
