Chefs Biography - Chef Massimo Bottura
Chef Massimo Bottura abandoned his law degree in the mid 80's to open his first restaurant Trattoria de Campazzo on the outskirts of Modena Italy. His love and passion for cooking began at a very young age whilst playing under his grandmothers kitchen table, and it was here that the flavors and aromas of traditional Italian cooking first captivated his senses. He is acclaimed the world over for his unique ability to combine regional Italian cooking with classic french technique having apprenticed with chef royalty including Alain Ducasse. His triple Michelin star restaurant Osteria Francescana is world renowned for its unique and inspiring recipes, of which over 50 of these recipes can be found in this self titled cookbook " Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef "
