Far North Queensland is home to the spectacular unique tropical Daintree Rainforest. Situated North of Cairns, the Daintree spans across approx. 1,200 square km, is thought to be 165 million years old and is the worlds oldest continuing surviving rainforest
The Atherton Tablelands, South West of Cairns are estimated to be over 400 million years old, rise over 700 meters above sea level and are rich in wildlife, waterfalls, spectacular rainforests, extinct volcanic crater lakes, wetlands, and savannah.
