Chefs Biography - Chef Serge Pambo
Gaining his his culinary education at the famous French School Ecole Du Domaine in Paris, Serge developed his technique whilst working with some the of worlds renowned chefs among them Cyril Lignac and Patric Fauconnet. In a bid to fulfil his passion for travel, he accepted an offer to work in the USA alongside famed chef Frank Stitt and in 2008 opened his own authentic french cuisine inspired Cafe de Paris in Birmingham Alabama. Next on the agenda was his desire to share his passion with the world and in 2011, formed his own catering company featuring his unique Gabonese and French inspired technique mixing sweet, savory and spicy ingredients. His business now extends to cooking classes, personal chef-fine dining on demand and consulting on all broad range of food and culinary interests.rn
