Chefs Biography - Chef Lauren Von Der Pool
Often referred to as the " Queen of Greens" Lauren's mission is to share the benefits of healthy eating and raising awareness through food artistry and flavors using raw healthy organic ingredients. An esteemed Le Cordon Bleu Paris acclaimed graduate, she is proprietor of Von Der Pool Gourmet catering specializing in exotic green vegan and raw food cuisine. As personal chef she lends her skills to "at home personal services" where she shows clients how to prepare fine dining meals in their own homes. She has prepared meals for events such as the Grammy and Oscar awards and travels the world as personal chef to A list celebrities including tennis players Venus and Serena Williams and First Lady Michelle Obama. She has been called upon as a guest speaker to the White House and has recently penned her own booked titled " Eat Yourself Sexy "
