Eye filet steak    Onions    beef stock cube   Oregano   Salt & Pepper
Lemon   Garlic   Olive oil    Greek souvlaki wraps    Tzaztiki


Cut meat into small thin pieces smaller than cubes.

Chop up 1 or 2 onions (depending on amount of meat you have )

Stir fry onion and garlic until soft and then throw in steak and 1/2 stock cube and mix thru.
Add the other half cube for stronger flavor and depending on how much steak you use.

Add more olive oil ( be liberal with it )
Add salt pepper and lemon to taste and just stir fry.  If not moist enough you can add a little water ( 1 or 2 tablespoons ) as you go.

Place meat in wraps of your choice, add shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and tzatziki

If you want to enjoy this dish like they do in the villages of Greece, you can add some fried potato in your wrap.
