Displaying a passion for cooking at an early age, Bobby arranged his mothers grocery list, made after school snacks and even asked for an Easy Bake Oven as a Christmas gift. He left school at the tender age of 17 and started his culinary career working in a New York restaurant managed by his father. Fascinated by spices and flavors from America's South West he used these flavors to develop his own individual culinary style.
