The owner of one of Melbourne best Mediterranean Restaurants " La Luna", Adrian followed in his fathers footsteps and gained his pilot licence at the age of 16. But it was his grandfathers influence that let him to explore his passion for cooking. He apprenticed under a number of well respected chefs including Toofey's Michael Bacash before opening his own in Carlton. Fanatical about all things clean fresh and natural Adrian makes his own pasta daily, ages his own beef on the bone, ripens his tomatoes and uses freshly picked mushrooms. A regular of Ready Steady Cook, Adrian has also featured in a variety of well know television food shows including cooking segments on The Boat Show, The Car Show and Fresh and Switching Lives.
