Our famous Complete Protein Cookies and brownies are developed by Justine herself. Justine’s product lines are an innovative approach to healthy baking.

Justines Protein Cookies sell to over 1500 retailers across New Zealand and exports to several countries worldwide. Our products are manufactured in a fully HACCP certified facility and all products are Celiac Australia and New Zealand trademarked.

Justine’s Limited also manufactures Biscotti Spoon; one of the world’s truly unique, award winning grocery products (“winner best grocery product on the market worldwide” at the Sial D’Or – Paris 2002). The fun, practical and highly versatile Biscotti Spoon is perfect for stirring the froth on a steaming cappuccino, scooping up ice cream and other desserts, dipping into fondues and dips or creating impressive canapés, and then the best part – you eat the spoon!
